Every criteria revision, every calculation run (live or recorded evidence) and every engineer decision, with who and when.
Run comparison (change impact)
Compares two persisted runs (default: the first baseline and the latest run): room loads and their native provenance, ventilation, FCU and plant duties, sizes, drawings (entity level), schedules, design changes and revision consistency. Every change must be downstream of the changed criteria; anything else is reported as a FAIL, never hidden.

Make a change
Change room use, occupancy, gains, constructions, design conditions, ventilation rates, water temperatures or sizing limits in Criteria. Hexanta shows the impact, invalidates stale outputs, and regenerates every supported calculation and document when you run it. Location/weather and architectural geometry changes require an IESVE re-run (native loads) before they can be recalculated.
The latest run uses the current criteria revision.

Decisions are recorded with an unverified development identity: they are not authenticated engineering approvals.
