Scenarios (scenario set r2)

ScenarioDescriptionRuns
BASENight; hillside footpath exit X3 assumed lost to the fire front; guests asleep (response 60–900 s)3 independent builds
ALT-ALLSensitivity: all four exits available; response 60–900 s3 independent builds
ALT-EXITLayout alternative: new 2.0 m gate X5 (courtyard to car park); X3 lost; response 60–900 s3 independent builds
ALT-WARNOperational alternative: staff wake-up warning (response 30–300 s); X3 lost3 independent builds
ALT-WARN-EXITSensitivity: staff warning plus gate X5 (response 30–300 s); X3 lost3 independent builds
Solver
IES Simulex (IESVE 2026, Simulex32.exe 2026.0.0.0), 2026-10-24
Execution
Hexanta Windows UI automation of Simulex's own menus and dialogs; no operator input; no Simulex API exists
Independent samples
Each run is a fresh build (new random response-time draws). Reopening a saved project reruns it identically (10 reruns checked), so reruns are reproducibility checks, not samples.
Office engine test
HX-OFFICE-01, 2 runs (BASE, east exit blocked); evidence simulex-HXO01-20261024-r2. The first generation simulex-HXO01-20261024 is SUPERSEDED.
Attempts without a result
Four aborted attempts were stopped by the driver's guards (exit rotation, view calibration) and are kept in the job record; none is used here.

Sanitised derivative of preserved evidence (simulex-HXM01-20261024, simulex-HXO01-20261024-r2, simulex-JOB-20261024). Plots and the report were drawn by Hexanta from values in the Simulex results files; screenshots are cropped and visually reviewed. Nothing was re-simulated. · Pack la-hotel-evacuation-r3 (built 2026-10-25); every file is checked against its SHA-256 before it is shown.
